Dear Parents/Guardians,

The staff, your Parent Teacher Association, and I welcome you and your child to the Downey Community School. It is our expectation that your child's time with us will be both enjoyable and educationally fulfilling.

 

This web page has been designed to give you some ideas about Downey School. However, it cannot begin to tell the story of a school that is expansive in size and alive with the activity of hundreds of children and adults. Therefore, you are invited to visit and, more importantly, to become an active participant in the educational life of your child.
